The attacks took place at the McDonald's restaurant at the Route 3 service plaza around 7 p.m. on Saturday. Prosecutors said surveillance video appears to show Ravizza grab a 28-year-old man working at the drive-thru window and stab him with a large knife.

Ravizza then parked his car, entered the restaurant and stabbed a 21-year-old woman who also worked there, prosecutors said.

After the attacks, Ravizza got back into his black 2018 Porsche Macan and fled the scene. A witness reported the car's license plates to state police and officers attempted to stop Ravizza, but he would not stop, authorities said.

About an hour before the McDonald's attack, four girls ages 9 to 17 were stabbed at the AMC Braintree 10 movie theater. State police and Braintree police each said the crimes in Braintree and Plymouth appeared linked.

On Sunday, Lisa Dembowski – the mother of three of the girls injured in the theater attack – said the girls were physically fine but remained terrified after their ordeal. Dembowski's 9-year-old twins were injured, along with his 17-year-old son and their friend, who were watching the John Krasinski film “If.”

“I think they're terrified of going to the movies on a Saturday night, and that this could happen — someone could just walk into a movie theater and do that,” Dembowski said.

Connecticut State Police said a suspect wanted in connection with a fatal stabbing in the town of Deep River was arrested Saturday by authorities in Massachusetts. The agency declined Monday to provide more details or say Sunday whether there was a connection between Ravizza and Connecticut's death.
