Jackson County, Florida Sheriff's Office Arrests Crystal Carnley and Ty Infinger for Burglary and Robbery on June 26, 2024

On Wednesday, June 26, investigators with the Jackson County Sheriff's Office became aware of several burglaries that had occurred at a vacant residence in Graceville. Although the residence is vacant, it is monitored by a relative of the owner.

On Wednesday, the victim's relatives noticed that the door to the house had been broken down. On Thursday, June 27, they noticed that a four-wheeler and a safe had been stolen from the home.

Investigators spoke with witnesses who reported seeing a beige four-door vehicle at the home Thursday. On Friday, witnesses saw the same vehicle at the residence and obtained the license plate number. A game camera installed at the home also captured photos of the suspects, identified as Crystal Carnley and Ty Infinger.

On Friday, Washington County investigators located the vehicle near the Jackson-Washington county line and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. Infinger and Carnley were the only occupants of the vehicle and were wearing the same clothing they were wearing in the trail camera photos.

When investigators searched the vehicle, they found numerous items belonging to the victim.

Carnley and Infinger were arrested and are charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure and grand theft.
