Israeli arrested for trafficking endangered animals – Crime in Israel

Earlier on Tuesday, a suspect in Bat Yam was arrested by border police after discovering several aquatic species stored in a hidden apartment.

Police carried out searches, in cooperation with the Nature and Parks Authority, and discovered a significant number of endangered marine animals whose possession is prohibited.

During the raid, a room believed to have been used for breeding exotic animals was discovered.

A long journey
