It was last night along 200th Avenue. HE RETURNED TO A DRIVEWAY AND CONTINUED DRIVING. TWO OF THE THREE TEENS WERE THROWED FROM THE CAR AND REPORTS INDICATE THAT ONE TEENAGER WHO WAS AIRLIFTED FROM THE SCENE DIED. THE OTHER TWO WERE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL BY AMBULANCE AND THE OFFICIALS DID NOT RELEASE THEIR CONDITION

A teenager is dead and two others are injured after being involved in a late night crash in Warren County. According to the Iowa State Patrol, a Toyota Camry Solara was traveling northbound on 200th Avenue in Warren County Sunday evening. The vehicle entered the ditch near the intersection of 200th and Delaware Avenue, rolled and ejected two of the three occupants. A 15-year-old boy was airlifted to a Des Moines hospital where he died. The other two, aged 15 and 16, were taken by ambulance. The accident remains under investigation. According to the latest data from the Iowa Department of Transportation, 111 people have died so far this year. Iowa Roads. That number is 22 fewer than the same time in 2023.
