Federal immigration agent faces prison time after being convicted of using cellphone camera to film flight attendant's skirt while escorting immigrant flying 'expulsion.

Billy Olvera, 48, was convicted Wednesday in Miami federal court of interfering with a flight crew — a crime punishable by up to 20 years in prison, although it is little likely the Laredo, Texas, resident's sentence will be that long. His sentencing is scheduled for August and he is free on bond.

Immigration officials did not immediately respond Friday to an email seeking comment on whether Olvera is still employed by ICE and whether he has a history of misconduct.
