LAMH star Maurice Scott was arrested over Memorial Day weekend for drunk driving.

Arrests of “Love and Marriage: Huntsville” stars continue to pile up. This time, it was Maurice Scott who drew the short straw. Maurice was arrested Saturday morning in Huntsville, Alabama. He was booked into the Madison County Jail in Alabama shortly after noon on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.

According to the Madison County Jail, Maurice has a $5,000 bond and has not been released. As of Saturday evening, neither Maurice Scott's family, LAMH Producers, nor OWN Network have released a statement.

This is the fourth arrest of LAMH actors since October 2023, the third this calendar year and the second in May. Previously, Martell Holt was arrested in January for domestic violence (harassing communications). He was convicted last May and is currently appealing the decision, requesting a jury trial. The trial is currently scheduled for September. DV's accusation stems from an alleged text message threat sent to Martell's ex-wife, Melody Rodgers. Melody requested the warrant after learning of an alleged plot to have Martell's Paramour release an intimate video of the previously married couple under the guise that she was having an affair with another man.

Then Destiny Payton was arrested twice. The first time, she was arrested in October 2023 for forgery. Fortunately for her, the case was dismissed last January. However, she was arrested again last May for identity theft. Destiny's ex-husband, La'Berrick Williams, requested a warrant in both cases. La'Berrick accused Destiny of using her identity and signature to obtain a bond from Huntsville Utilities for her now-closed MaDonni beauty supply store.

Destiny's next hearing is set for June 5. The couple is also involved in bitter divorce proceedings, with each seeking a modification of their original divorce decree.
