Vidal, 30, is officially charged with “human trafficking – human trafficking and sexual conduct on a (victim) under the age of 18 (and with) a mental deficiency or incapacity.” He is also accused of “interference with the custody of a minor or incapacitated person”. It was not immediately clear whether Vidal had a relationship with the alleged victim.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, according to records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, obtained an arrest warrant for Vidal, suggesting he was the subject of an ongoing investigation. We hope to know more when the arrest report is processed by the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts.
