How to get the Ancient Meteoric Ore Sword in Shadow of the Erdtree

Where to find the Ancient Meteoric Ore Sword

This two-sided sword resides in the Ruined Forge Dungeon of Starfall Past, located south of the Grace Site of Highroad Cross. You can follow the route indicated on the map to reach the dungeon.

From the start of the dungeon, go through the large arcade and cross the stone bridge. Pull the level on the other side to open the door below. Go through the door and follow the hallway to a large room with a rock golem. Head right and follow the hallway until you find a ladder on the right side.

Climb the ladder and follow the hallway to another large room. From there, climb the large rocks and cross the next corridor to a metal platform. Drop down from the platform to the stone bridge below. Run and pull the lever to open the next door. Wait for the gate to open completely then pull the lever on the other side which is in the corridor. Before the door rises, stand on it. This will raise you to a new platform where you will see a glowing altar. Interact with the altar to collect the Ancient Meteoric Ore Sword.

Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword Overview

The Ancient Meteoric Ore Sword is a colossal and powerful weapon that hits very hard and scales with its strength and arcana. To obtain this weapon, you will need to go through one of the DLC's many dungeons and reach the altar at the end. Keep in mind that this weapon is much heavier than others found in the DLC like light swords or large katanas.

The weapon art used is called White Light Charge and allows your character to thrust the weapon forward at high speed, impaling those in its path. Since this weapon is unique, it requires upgrading the Somber Smithing Stones.
