With so many lawsuits and accusations of sexual assault, abuse, and sex trafficking against Diddy, people think a lot about his reputation. More specifically, they consider its massive influence, its financial stake and its omnipresence in the entertainment sphere, a presence that these allegations modify quite spectacularly. Additionally, people are reacting in real time to the changing legacy of Sean Combs, even if some initiatives to dismantle him in the wake of these alleged crimes seem more futile than others. For example, an alleged representative of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce reportedly spoke to TMZ about one of his particularly visible and popular distinctions: his star on the Walk of Fame.

If you're unfamiliar, Diddy previously secured a spot on the iconic Hollywood attraction back in 2008, all for a career that was then unhindered by these accusations. However, the House has not yet reportedly discussed removing his star, and this spokesperson is not very hopeful about the chances of doing so. They explained that although the Chamber has the authority to nominate honorees, make and place the stars with the help of the city, and hold the Walk of Fame installation ceremony, it has not no power to physically remove the stars from the block. As such, it seems like this will permanently celebrate Puff Daddy, even as public favor wanes and wanes.

Meanwhile, celebrities and major media figures like 50 Cent are taking the offensive over this Diddy situation. Some of them unreservedly and strongly condemned his alleged actions. Although sometimes it's in jest and other times with a more serious note, it clearly shows that many people in the industry no longer want to associate themselves with the Bad Boy mogul, or maybe even in the first place . Regardless, the current context is very different.

Yet there are people in Diddy's life who seem ready to defend him and their family in the face of these allegations, including his own sons. They recently announced that new music would be available soon and confirmed their denial of any accused wrongdoing. He's got a tough hill to climb, and Cassie's footage ensures that public perception will always be stacked against him. It now remains to be seen whether a court reaches the same conclusion.
