Hollyoaks' Jeremy Blake to raise suspicion after Sienna finds weapon

Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Hollyoaks' Jeremy Blake will raise the village's suspicions in upcoming scenes, when Sienna finds a weapon.

This week, actor Jeremy Sheffield will return to the series as Jeremy, the twin brother of major villain Patrick Blake, who was killed in 2016.

Dilly meets Patrick's mother Martha to find out more about her son, but Jeremy arrives and Dilly is terrified that he has returned from the dead.

Peri informs Sienna that Dilly has been hallucinating again and is in the hospital, but she and Maxine soon discover that what Dilly saw was real.

In scenes set to air next week, Sienna and Maxine recoil in horror as they come face to face with the body double of their late tormentor, Patrick, in hospital.

However, Jérémie quickly sets things straight and introduces himself by explaining that he is Patrick's twin brother.

Sienna is suspicious and urges Dilly not to have contact with him, but Dilly and Jeremy later bond and she offers him a place to stay – in Sienna's apartment.

Sienna is shocked to learn she has a new guest, and the other townsfolk aren't too happy either.

Darren thinks he's seen a ghost and advises Sienna to protect her family, while Maxine also wants Jeremy gone.

At the apartment, Sienna stands her ground, and things get even worse when she finds a gun in Jeremy's bag.

However, he admits that the “weapon” is just one of his gardening tools, and he explains that he couldn't be more different from his late twin Patrick.

Will this mark a new beginning for Jérémie in the village?

Emma Johnsey-Smith, who plays Dilly, recently spoke to Inside Soap about Jeremy's character and said: “He's the complete opposite. [of Patrick]Jeremy is a really cool guy, well traveled, very laid back and open about his feelings.

“However, he's not particularly well received in the village as many people can't see past the fact that he's not Patrick. But Dilly is on Team Jeremy and thinks he can't do anything wrong.”

Hollyoaks first broadcast online via Channel 4 every weekday at 7:30 p.m. The episodes are then broadcast on E4 the following day, before premiering on YouTube a week later.
