Helldivers 2 fans have co-opted the one weapon that shouldn't work to conquer Meridia, while ignoring the one that should be tailor-made for destruction

Weapons in Helldiverse 2 are a bit mixed. Some are astonishing, allowing the player to easily shred hordes of enemies in the fight for democracy. Others are not as effective. This requires the player to do a lot of trial and error before discovering the preferred loadout.

The last Helldiverse 2 Major Order has sent the Helldivers to the Super Colony of Meridia, where they will be surrounded by hostile creatures. The only solution is to hit them before they hit you. We might want to hit hard, but it seems that a weapon designed for this purpose doesn't work as intended!

The Airburst rocket launcher has significant misfires in Helldivers 2

Every weapon has a time and a place in Helldiverse 2.

Most players familiar with shooter games will know that there is a weapon for every occasion. But it's not always the case. Even weapons that seem perfectly suited to the occasion may prove useless in this situation. This is the case of the Airburst rocket launcher in Méridia.

In what is arguably the best case scenario for the Airburst rocket launcher, it doesn't work.

With the new Major Order pitting Helldivers against flying enemies, you'd think that weaponry that explodes in the air would help thin the herd. Unfortunately, as Redditor TheProgrammer64 has shown, this is far from the truth.

Instead of cutting through airborne Shriekers, it seems almost ineffective at taking them down. Considering the fools appearance rate which has the Helldiverse 2 the community in armsone would hope that a massive damage system like the Airburst Rocket would be a handy tool.

Luckily, the community banded together and came up with a potential solution: the trusty flamethrower! Redditor Then_Inspection9750 suggested hip firing with the weapon in the air, resulting in fried Shriekers at the meridians.

The suggestion may be effective, but it doesn't help solve the larger problem. If people start relying on only a handful of weapons, the game becomes stale and matches start to feel the same. Arrowhead needs to rebalance weapons to ensure they all have their use cases so gameplay remains engaging.

Arrowhead Game Studios needs to fix a lot of things in Helldivers 2

There are more glitches than useless rockets in the game.

The studio may be releasing new Warbonds and Major Orders regularly, but there are some issues that need to be ironed out for the game to be a solid experience. The community faced several problems during Operation: Enduring Earth., which led the studio to release a patch to resolve many issues. But new problems continue to emerge and demand our attention.

Arrowhead is aware that there are several issues in the game, some very significant, that need to be addressed. The problem is, as one community manager on Discord explained, the team will have to be significantly split to resolve these big issues. This could affect the monthly production of Warbonds, which the team is not prepared to do.

The move was criticized by the community, saying the studio set unrealistic goals. Many have expressed that they would prefer existing issues to be resolved before adding new content to ensure a consistent gaming experience.

Do you feel Helldiverse 2 Should it fix existing issues first or continue releasing content? Let us know in the comments below.
