Have you seen this cafe floating on a lake near Paynesville?

So it's a great idea. Have a meal or just a coffee and a snack at a floating cafe. Something we can do here in Minnesota being we have so many lakes to choose from, but this one is on Koronis Lake near Paynesville, Minnesota.

Every year, this floating cafe sails around the lake and offers diners great food, coffee, smoothies, and more. at various locations around the lake. They usually advertise where they are going to be on their social pages so people know where to find their boat supplies.

As of yet, for this season, they have not announced their menu and/or serving times. Their Facebook page, updated on the 14th, simply states that they will release this information soon. But in recent years, the hours were on weekends. Saturday and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. These times are subject to change depending on wind and weather, but you can also book private events, just like reserving a food truck.

You can get to the cafe from wherever it is by boat, kayak, paddleboard, or whatever floating device you have. Or sometimes they just camp at a popular spot on a hot day, like Vans Beach. This is the popular public beach at Lake Koronis.

Keep monitoring their Facebook page for announcements on where they will be from week to week. Times and location are subject to change from week to week, so their Facebook page is a great place to keep track of this information.

What a great concept, essentially a food truck on the water, therefore a food boat. Every lake should have one.
