Gunman identified after 9 people injured in shooting in suburban Detroit splash pad and other news

The shooter who injured at least nine people in a shooting at a splash pad in Rochester Hills on Saturday has been identified as Michael William Nash, 42, of Shelby Township. He committed suicide after a standoff. The victims range in age from 4 to 78 years old and two of them are in critical condition.
