May 20:

● At 6:38 a.m., deputies responded to the W100 block of CTH C, Brooklyn, for a domestic violence incident. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Megan AM Polheber, 32, for disorderly conduct and battery (domestic violence related). Polheber was booked into the Green County Jail pending posting of bond or court.

● At 9:42 a.m., deputies responded to the W9600 block of Trotter Road in the Town of Adams for a single-vehicle crash with no injuries. The driver, Lanae L. Roque, 24, of Madison, said the crash happened the night before and there were no injuries. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was subsequently towed from the scene. Roque was then cited for failure to notify police of an accident and possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle while awaiting a future court date.

● At 10:53 a.m., deputies responded to the N6700 block of CTH J in the Town of Adams for a single-vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that Gabriel A. Garity, 46, of Blanchardville, was heading south when he fell asleep, failed to negotiate a turn, and then struck an embankment and culvert. Garity said he was wearing his seat belt at the time of the incident and was not injured. The vehicle sustained minor damage, with no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Garity was cited for failure to maintain control and failure to notify police of an accident while awaiting a future court date.

● At 5:59 p.m., deputies responded to a report of Megan AM Polheber, 32, of Brooklyn, violating a domestic violence injunction in the W300 block of CTH C, in the City of Brooklyn. The investigation resulted in Polheber's arrest for this offense and his additional charge of battery on law enforcement. Polheber was booked into the Green County Jail while awaiting court

● At 6:34 p.m., Deputies Albany EMS, Albany FD, Brodhead EMS, and Brodhead FD responded to the W1000 block of CTH E, City of Decatur, for a motor vehicle crash with injuries. The investigation revealed that the driver, Brianna M. Waddell, 20, was traveling southbound when she failed to negotiate a turn, lost control of the vehicle, entered the ditch and then rolled over. reversed. Waddell and his passenger, Caiden J. Waddell, 19, said they were wearing seat belts at the time of the incident. Brianna said she was not injured. Caiden said he suffered a minor injury and was taken to hospital by emergency medical services. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Brianna was then cited for failure to maintain control while awaiting a future court date.
