Green Bay murder victim identified

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The Green Bay Police Department has identified the victim of Monday's homicide as 33-year-old Robert Marshall. He was from Green Bay and police believe he was killed during an armed robbery.

Marshall was found lying on the ground in the 700 block of S. Roosevelt Street Monday evening after police were called about a stabbing.

Police said three people were arrested during a traffic stop outside the city 90 minutes later and were brought back to Green Bay for questioning.

Police refer all three for criminal charges. Police did not release further information about the suspects except to say the victim knew them.

An autopsy on Marshall was performed Tuesday.
