Gold alert issued for missing New Castle woman

NEW CASTLE, OF — Delaware State Police Troop 2 has issued a Gold Alert for Asia Young, 28, who has been missing since May 18. Concerns are growing for her safety and well-being as family members have been unable to contact her following their last communication more than two weeks ago.

Asia Young is described as a black female, 5'01″, approximately 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Currently, no details are available on her clothing or any vehicles that may be associated with her disappearance , and its last known direction remains uncertain.

Authorities are urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of Asia Young to immediately contact Delaware State Police Troop 2 at (302) 834-2620 or call 9-1-1. Information can also be submitted anonymously through Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
