Sean M. Conway, 47, of Pembroke, New York, is charged with operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of 2nd Degree Drug Paraphernalia, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, following an investigation on W. Main Street Road in Batavia on May 17, 2024 at 10:27 a.m.

Conway was detained pending his appearance in CAP court.

Christopher W. Fowler, 35, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI after allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol in the Village of Oakfield on S. Pearl St. on May 15, 2024.

Folwer was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Curt on May 20, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.

Nathan W. Campbell, 43, of Batavia, New York, is charged with petit larceny following a complaint made on Veteran's Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on May 13, 2024 at 12 p.m. 56.

Campbell allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart.

He was released on a summons entered into Batavia City Court on May 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.

Michael J. Torres, 40, of Batavia, New York, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree while being arrested on a 2009 Court Bench Warrant. Genesee County. He was located while deputies were searching for another warrant item on Columbia Avenue in Batavia, New York on May 14, 2024.

Torres was arraigned in Municipal Court on May 15, 2024 and will return to Genesee County Court on May 30, 2024.
