Frontier flight attendant says she spotted human trafficking

A Frontier Airlines flight attendant said she spotted suspicious activity during a recent trip that she suspected could be human trafficking. In a recent TikTok, she expressed her frustrations with the situation. Although the worker, Anna (@xoxoannamarayaxoxo), said she was fairly sure the children she spotted were in danger, she was unable to convince law enforcement to do anything. either.

Anna began her video by noting that she felt “so angry right now.” She then gave readers a full story about the flight she worked on — which flew from Miami to Atlanta — where she spotted the alleged trafficking. As of Monday morning, his clip had racked up more than a million views.

Why was the flight attendant suspicious?

Anna said she first noticed the children before they boarded the plane. Two children were black, she said; another was Mexican. She said all three children wore “huge” winter jackets and, interestingly, “looked nothing like their 'mother'.” » His suspicions grew after the mother later asked to sit with the children, who were already sharing a room. stored on the plane.

“I don’t know how this was going to happen,” Anna said. The worker admitted that it was possible that the mother wanted to hold one of the children on her lap, but that all three children were “too old to be on the lap.”

Anna then alerted a colleague to the strangeness of “family.” Her colleague, she said, was also skeptical of the quartet and said she noticed bruising on the face of one of the children.

Anna said she then decided to try talking to the children. She said she wanted to gauge the mother's reaction.

“I go over there…and they have this blank stare,” Anna said. “The mother said, 'They don't speak English.'”

It turns out that's the case. Anna asked the kids if they knew where the flight was going (Atlanta) and the kids shook their heads and said no. Anna said she found it interesting that they didn't know where they were going and refused to take off their coats, despite the heat.

“The second I saw them, the hairs on the back of my neck stood up,” Anna said. Still suspicious, she said she decided to call her captain, who agreed that law enforcement would be ready to respond when the plane landed.

How did the police react?

Frustrated, Anna said the Atlanta Police Department wasn't there when the plane first landed. Later, however, Anna said that a “moron policeman” had arrived. That's when things got even stranger.

Instead of acting on her own initiative, Anna said the officer asked her what She I wanted him to do it.

“I'm like, 'Sir, I'm trying to tell you…something's wrong,'” Anna said, pleading with him. She told the officer that he “had to investigate [the family].” The police officer, she said, refused to take the family away to ask questions. Instead, he simply asked the trio of children and their mother if they were all okay. (Anna recorded the officer speaking briefly to the “mom” and uploaded it separately to TikTok. That clip has been viewed nearly 50,000 times.)

Ultimately, Anna said she didn't know exactly what happened to the children. She expressed frustration that the officer was not helping her more and uploaded videos to TikTok in hopes of reporting him.

Anna said the whole situation made her angry. She said other passengers gave her “death stares.”

Still, she said the situation convinced her to speak up when she saw strange activity.

“I wanted to save these children because I know for a fact that they needed help,” she said.
