Four people arrested, including three minors, for assaulting and robbing a young girl in Hopkins Plaza

Four were arrested, including three minors, after assaulting and robbing a 14-year-old girl, according to police.

Police said around 1:30 p.m. Friday, officers went to the Hopkins Plaza unit block to investigate a call for service.

Upon arrival, police were informed by a 14-year-old girl that she had been physically assaulted and robbed by a group of minors. The victim said she was approached by a group of juveniles in the Hopkins Plaza unit block, where a verbal argument ensued, and that she was physically assaulted and robbed by the group, who He then fled the scene on foot.

Police say detectives gathered evidence and surveillance footage from the incident and immediately located the suspects. The suspects attempted to flee on foot but were apprehended by police.

The suspects, an 18-year-old woman, a 17-year-old girl, a 16-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy, were arrested. The juveniles were transported to the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center and the 18-year-old female was transported to the Central Booking Center, where they were charged accordingly.
