Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 to get another variation of a weapon that Helldivers 2 fans have been clamoring for

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 is here and Epic Games has shared a new teaser just ahead of it, full of new content that the gaming community can expect to see soon. Among the new items is a powerful weapon that Helldiverse 2 players are waiting to be added to the game.

The minigun has been favored by fans and it seems that the developers have been working on a new version that will be featured in the upcoming season. Although Epic Games had no issues with the weapon, Arrowhead Studios refuses to add it unless they meet a requirement.

The Minigun returns for Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3

Fortnite Players will wreak havoc with the latest version of the minigun.

The minigun is a powerful weapon that can destroy anything in its path, and the latest chapter of the game will feature a new version of the weapon. The gaming community is already excited about the new season and the return of an iconic venue could be the home of new objects.

Fans are eagle-eyed and have now spotted the minigun. The image quality may be obscured, but it's not hard to understand that this is a minigun in all its glory and that the following season will be inspired by a dystopian world and players will see the influence of Mad Max franchise.

It's unclear if there will be a mythical version of the gun with different stat levels of a base weapon or if players will be able to stack attachments on it to make it even more effective.

Fortnite should show Helldivers 2 players how to do this

Arrowhead Game Studios should take notes from Epic Games.

Director Johan Pilestedt teased at one point that the developers would only add a minigun if the team was able to come up with a realistic mechanic and make it seem balanced and not too overpowered. The director toyed with the idea but never got around to adding it until now, which bothers the community because they could use all the extra firepower they have.

Arrowhead Studios is moving more towards a realistic and believable gameplay experience, which is a major contradiction to the mechanics and features of Epic Games' live service title. Both developers have unique approaches that serve them well and should not be repeated.

Helldiverse 2 might feature a new minigun one day, but the gaming community shouldn't expect it to work or feel close to the Fortnite version. There is no need to compete or rush the design and effectiveness of a weapon and let the developers work in peace.
