Fort Myers police investigate stabbing in Dunbar

DUNBAR, Fla. — Fort Myers police surrounded a home looking for a stabbing suspect Monday evening.

Police searched a home at Second and High streets in Dunbar, according to a spokesperson. They say the suspect is linked to the stabbing of a woman.

However, they determined the suspect was not inside the home, but they know who he is.

The woman suffered minor injuries and was not hospitalized. It is not known if this was a domestic incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
