According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, Sean Herman, 33, was fired last month after detectives from the Specialized Investigative Divisions discovered the video and identified him while he was wearing his MNPD uniform. Herman was arrested Thursday at his home in Sumner County.

Officials say Herman can be seen participating in a simulated traffic stop in the video posted to OnlyFans, a site where fans pay creators for their photos and videos. The sketch allegedly included Herman groping the female driver.

An MNPD news release says the video was taken April 26 in a warehouse parking lot while Herman was on duty as a patrol officer.

“Chief Drake ordered the investigation to continue following Herman’s termination, which resulted in his indictment,” the press release states. “A criminal court judge set Herman’s bond at $3,000.”
