It wasn't until 2021 that prosecutors charged Ramsey with sexually exploiting three clients.

“He chose the most vulnerable victims,” prosecutor Sara Sadowski said.

The jury believed only one – Tonya Spencer.

The state asked for seven years in prison for Ramsey. Judge Jeffrey Wagner sentenced him to six years. This means Ramsey will be 70 years old when it comes out.

Since the charges were first filed in 2021, Ramsey has not seen clients. As part of the sentencing, Judge Wagner assured that Ramsey would never do it – ordering the revocation of his license to practice professional counseling.
