Benton County Sheriff's Office

Dylan Echols, 22, of 14239 Chapel Park Road in Cottondale, Alabama, was arrested Thursday on charges of sexual extortion and producing, performing or promoting a sexual performance by a child. Echols was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail without bond.

Bentonville

Thomas Harper, 34, of 12617 N. Old Wire Road in Rogers, was arrested Thursday on charges of rape and sexual indecency of a child. Harper was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail without bond.

Fayetteville

Michael Weaver, 47, homeless, of Fayetteville, was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to deliver. Weaver was released from the Washington County Detention Center Friday on a felony citation.

Rogers

Marcy Tripp, 53, of 960 N. 16th St. Apt. 104 in Rogers, was arrested Thursday in connection with the delivery of methamphetamine/cocaine. Tripp was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail without bond.

Springdale

Cynthia Martin, 62, of 3827 Serenity St. in Springdale, was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault of a family member or relative and second-degree domestic battery. Martin was released from the Washington County Detention Center Friday on $10,000 bond.
