Fire broke out during Terrace Plaza demolition; a firefighter is slightly injured

A fire was started by a torch amid the ongoing demolition of the Terrace Plaza building downtown, according to Assistant Fire Chief Matthew Flagler of the Cincinnati Fire Department.
