Savannah police say they have arrested a fifth suspect in the May mass shooting in Ellis Square that left 11 people injured.

Jacorey Porter, 30, was arrested Friday and charged with four counts of aggravated assault and two firearm charges.

Porter joins four other suspects who have been arrested in connection with the mass shooting.

Savannah police declined to provide details of the arrest Saturday, but said they would provide a full update Monday, three days after the suspect was jailed.
