Fees Trabzonspor set to pay for Ozan Tufan identified

Trabzonspor will pay Hull City a €2 million transfer fee for attacking midfielder Ozan Tufan, with the Turkish star expected in Istanbul for his medical.

After starting his career in Turkey, the 29-year-old moved to England in 2021, first on loan and then on a permanent contract.

He proved his presence in front of goal in Championship side Hull City, finishing last season with 12 goals in 37 appearances in the division.

However, a return to his homeland is now being considered, with Trabzonspor trying to secure a deal.

It seems that Trabzonspor have made rapid progress.

According to Turkish media outlet Sports Digitale, the deal will cost Trabzonspor a total of €2 million.

Tufan is expected in Istanbul soon to undergo a medical examination by the club.

He played under Liam Rosenior last season as Hull came close to sealing a playoff spot, but the Tigers look set to be without him next season.
