The shooting at Ellis Square injured a total of 11 people. people, 10 specifically by gunshots. SPD arrested William Anthony Mitchell, 20, on Tuesday. He faces 4 counts of aggravated assault, 4 counts of possession of a firearm while committing or attempting to commit certain crimes and contempt of court. But authorities say others are responsible.
