[I thought] Morena is like a gift and would be so exciting. And because she was going to be yet another very strong female, another strong alpha female, I thought it would be really fun if we could see Sharon be a little irritable and whiny and hold grudges. Where can the stomping five-year-old be? So she’s a wonderful scene partner. We have exactly the same way of working. We were both really excited to be there. We spent hours and hours figuring it out. »

He added: “Before launching Sheriff's Country, I think there's also a lot more to unpack with Mickey. Obviously we tried to tell as much of the story as possible in this episode, but I think it will be fun to introduce different figures from his life in this series to just establish that rapport with the audience and see Mickey and Bode interact together at the exterior [what we saw]. Mickey's Daughter, I think there's a lot of fun things we can play with before that.
