Ettrick murder victim identified

Ettrick resident Kyle Dahl, 36, was identified by law enforcement as the victim of a homicide that occurred May 15 in Ettrick, nearly three weeks after his death.

A person of interest related to the incident is in custody on unrelated charges, and no decisions have yet been made on charges related to the homicide, according to the Trempealeau County Sheriff's Office Tuesday. The name of the person of interest has not been released.
