Employee involved in fatal machine accident identified

SAN ANTONIO – The maintenance worker who died tragically in an accident at the Cuisine Solutions food processing plant after a tragic accident Friday has been identified.

According to police reports, David Mata, 46, was trapped by machines. He was able to be released but died instantly.

The accident occurred at a food processing plant located southeast of the city.
