In addition to the child molestation charges, the GBI says he also faces two counts of inappropriate sexual contact by a foster parent. He was arrested on Friday.

EASTMAN, Ga. — An Eastman foster parent has been arrested on child molestation charges, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

Elvis Davis, 57, was arrested and booked into the Dodge County Jail on one count of sexual exploitation of a child, two counts of child molestation and two counts of inappropriate sexual contact by a foster parent, the GBI says.

According to jail records, Davis was arrested Friday.

On May 16, the Eastman Police Department requested the GBI to assist in the investigation.

But they say the investigation into Davis is still ongoing. Once the investigation is complete, the Dodge County District Attorney's Office in the Oconee Judicial Circuit will handle the prosecution.
