Dump truck driver killed in Maine collision identified

The man killed in a collision Wednesday in Waterville has been identified.

Joshua Nelson, 35, was driving a white Mitsubishi dump truck around 2:30 p.m. when he struck the driver's side of a gray Toyota Camry turning left onto West River Road from Trafton Road, according to Maj. Jason Longley of the Waterville police.

Nelson and the driver of the Camry were ejected upon impact, Longley said Friday morning.
