Driver's body identified after being removed from taxi days after death

The truck driver reportedly pulled out of the cab of his truck randomly after being found dead inside.

The Fargo Police Department identified the truck driver as Robert Buskirk, 49, of Springfield, Ohio. The cause of death has not been determined, but foul play is not suspected.

It's not yet clear exactly what day Buskirk visited, but his utility vehicle was parked at the Petro Travel Center at 4510 19th Ave. S in Fargo, South Dakota, since June 12, InForum reported.

In a witness video, it appeared that Buskirk had died several days before he was found. No further information has been released.
