Double shooting near Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling

WASHINGTON – DC police are investigating a double shooting in the Southwest.

MPD tweeted on Sunday, that a man and a girl were found shot to death near the intersection of South Capitol Street and MacDill Blvd Southwest, near Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. However, police do not believe this is where the two men were shot.

Police said they were working to determine where the shots rang out. Both victims were transported to hospital, but their current condition is unknown at this time.

This is an active investigation.
