Double shooting leaves one dead and one injured

ST. LOUIS – A double shooting leaves one dead and another injured. Information is still coming in on this double shooting homicide.

Police told FOX 2 they don't know where the violence took place because the first anyone heard about it was when the victims showed up at the hospital.

At this point, investigators have not been able to speak with the surviving victim to try to figure out details, including where the shooting took place.

Police tell FOX 2 two victims with gunshot wounds arrived at the hospital by private vehicle just before 2 a.m. this morning.

One of the victims was a man and the other a woman. Police say the victim, a man, was shot in the head and died.

FOX 2 is told the victim is suffering from what police are calling, at this point, undescribed gunshot wounds. She is still alive and is considered stable.

As we previously mentioned, the location of the shooting has not yet been determined.

Police say at this time they have no suspects. Homicide detectives were called in to take over the investigation.
