Diploma breaks silence after being accused of violating 'revenge porn' laws.

On Friday (June 28), the 45-year-old DJ, whose real name is Thomas Wesley Pentzwas sued by a former partner, who alleged he shared intimate videos and images of them via social media without her consent.

In the suit, the unnamed woman claimed their encounters were consensual and that they were involved between 2016 and 2023, but she said that Diploma filmed them, which she said she authorized, and then allegedly shared the content via Snapchat.

After the news hit the headlines, Diploma took to Instagram to react.
