Digital billboards across Texas search for leads in missing child cases

In honor of National Missing Children's Day, a new billboard campaign will highlight the disappearance of three missing children in Texas.

The Texas Center for the Missing, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and Clear Channel Outdoor Americas are launching a month-long initiative in Houston, San Antonio and El Paso to generate leads in these cases. Clear Channel Outdoor will display messages with photos on its digital billboards in these areas, broadcast more than 1,200 times per day on each unit for a month.

Houston

Cyan Dior Amos, 4, has been missing since December 9, 2022. She was last seen in Cypress, Texas. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.

El Paso

Elsa Natalia Baez, 15, was last seen in El Paso, Texas, in March 2024. Her disappearance prompted an extensive search and a call for public assistance.

The El Paso Police Department is seeking any information that may help locate Elsa. If you have any advice, please call 915-832-4400.

San Antonio

Iyanna Lee went missing on March 22, 2024 and was last seen in San Antonio, Texas. Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding her.
