Diddy, Jacob The Jeweler and Penske Media named in new lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another sex trafficking lawsuit, this time from former adult film star Adria English, who alleges she was coerced into having sex at his parties.

According to English, Combs allegedly threatened to blacklist her and her boyfriend if she refused to comply. Jacob the Jeweler, Vibe Magazine, Penske Media (Billboard’s parent company) and executive producer Tamiko Thmoas are also named as co-defendants. Court documents allege that Thomas facilitated Combs’ alleged sex trafficking operation.

On Wednesday (July 3), TMZ broke the news of the latest lawsuit. English, who performed under the stage name Omunique, claims she met Combs when her boyfriend auditioned for a modeling job with Combs' Sean John line in 2004. She claims her boyfriend and another model were asked to perform oral sex on Diddy in order to get the job.

At first, English's boyfriend declined, but another associate later offered her the job if she would perform at Combs' upcoming White Party in the Hamptons. She danced at the Labor Day weekend party in 2004, photos confirm.

English was allegedly regularly forced to consume alcohol laced with drugs like ecstasy and flirt with guests at these parties. She claims Combs lured her into sex trafficking, forcing her to have sex with Jacob Arabov, also known as Jacob the Jeweler, after attending several parties.

As part of the lawsuit, English was forced to have sex with Arabov and paid an additional $1,000 on top of her dancing fees. She later claims that Diddy's parties passed her around to other guests.

The filing claims that English, after being forced to have sex with guests, wore a black dress to the white parties, which she said symbolized her status as a sex worker. It reads:

“Based on information and beliefs, [English] She believes she was asked to wear a black dress to the White Party to indicate her status as an employee, but more sinisterly, as a sex worker who was a victim of sex trafficking.

She claims Diddy promised to help her advance her career, including joining a girl group, but those promises were accompanied by demands and threats to blacklist them. Several similar lawsuits have recently been filed against Diddy.

Combs' attorney, Jonathan Davis, released the following statement denying the allegations:

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. We live in a world where anyone can sue for any reason and with no evidence. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal process to uncover the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court against these and other baseless accusations.”
