Derry Felon Charged with Weapon and Menacing: Superior Court Summary

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury recently indicted the following people.

Briana Marie Julia Gammon, 36, of Myrtle Street in Rochester for possession of methamphetamine and theft by unauthorized indictment, both felonies. She was charged with stealing merchandise from Lowe's in Greenland and possessing drugs on April 18, 2023, after being convicted twice previously for theft. Previously, according to the indictment, Gammon was also convicted of drug trafficking.

Brittany Lynn Gardner, 24, of Dash Avenue in Media, Pa., for theft by deception and identity fraud, both felonies. She was accused of impersonating someone else and withdrawing $4,500 from the Cambridge Trust in North Hampton on February 4, 2023.

Charlie Antoinette Greene, 48, of Portsmouth Avenue in Seabrook for burglary and two thefts by unauthorized taking, both felonies. She was accused of burglarizing a home on Quaker Lane in Seabrook on Jan. 10 and removing cash and cashier's checks worth more than $1,500 from the home.

Gene Gregory, 37, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester for possession of fentanyl on July 19, 2023, in Epping.

Brian John Heselton Jr., 37, of Bunker Hill Road in Auburn for felony receiving stolen property. He acted in concert with Philip Pergola and Frank Merrell to withhold more than $1,500 in stolen merchandise from Home Depot in Seabrook on Dec. 6, 2023, according to the indictment.

Devin L. McGillicuddy, 28, of US Route 3 in North Stratford on a charge of possession of fentanyl in Windham on July 31, 2023.

Kayla Faigh Miner, 33, of Sullivan Street, Manchester, for attempted theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all misdemeanors. She was accused of stealing items from the Nike store in Salem on October 19 and 21, 2023, and attempting to steal more items on November 8, 2023, after being twice convicted of theft.

Gregory Edward Nathan, 46, of Park Street in Portland, Maine, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from Best Buy in Newington on June 24, 2023.

Brendan John Nelson, 24, of Fairway Drive in Derry, for criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and felon in possession of a deadly weapon, both felonies. He was accused of brandishing a knife during an altercation and pointing it at another person's neck on January 12 in Derry. Nelson is a felon on a charge of sale of a controlled drug from August 2023 in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Richard Parker, 70, of Main Street in Farmington for possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine, both felonies, on April 19, 2023, in Portsmouth.

Bruce Allen Pickering Jr., 43, of Adrien Circle in Rochester for possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine, both felonies, on Nov. 29, 2023, in Newington.
