* WHERE...Wind River at Riverton.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Bankfull stage. Minor flooding downstream
along left bank near Black Bridge begins.
At 9.0 feet, Flood stage. Minor flooding along the right and left
banks upstream of the Highway 789 Bridge. Agricultural flooding
downstream of Riverton near the Black Bridge and Hidden Valley
area intensifies.


* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:00 AM MDT Monday the stage was 6.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will oscillate around Action stage.
- Action stage is 8.0 feet.

along right bank. Water begins to move towards low areas north of
Highway 132.

- Forecast...The river will oscillate below flood stage with a
maximum value of 8.2 feet tomorrow evening.

MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt continues.

* WHERE...Little Wind River near Riverton.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Bankfull stage.
At 8.0 feet, Flood stage. The Rendezvous Campground experiences
minor flooding of the lowest riverside campsites on the west end.
People who live in mobile homes directly adjacent to the river
along the right bank will have standing water in their front yard.
Minor flooding along either side of Highways 135 and 789. Highway
structures are not affected.


* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:15 AM MDT Monday the stage was 7.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river has peaked at 7.2 this morning. It will
then fall to 7.0 feet early this afternoon. It will rise to
7.3 feet tonight into early Tuesday morning. It will then
fall again and remain below flood stage by Thursday.
- Action stage is 7.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
