Deeply satisfying moment when teen puts 'Karen' in her place after being called a bitch for refunding a $6 snow cone

A 17-year-old manager at a snow cone stand in Willis, Texas, got into a fight with a customer who called her a slut.

The confrontation between the middle-aged woman and two young workers at Keke's Snow Balls was filmed by security cameras and then posted to TikTok, where it has been viewed more than 15 million times.

A young girl was at the checkout when “Karen,” the shaved ice woman, came in complaining about paying $6 up front so her daughter could come back later for a snow cone.

The woman, dressed in a floral shirt and sunglasses, said her daughter did not receive shaved ice, although she claimed her mother had already paid for it in advance.

Despite some initial confusion, the customer eventually gets her $6 back, but then decides to come back and insult one of the employees.

The caption of the TikTok video claims that there was a shift change, meaning that the two girls who were working the booth when the girl passed by were unaware of this arrangement the woman had made.

When the girl at the checkout slightly questioned her story by asking if the woman had provided her customer number, the frozen treat “Karen” let out an exasperated sigh and headed toward the order window.

“I came here by myself and paid for a snow cone plus six dollars extra so that when she wanted a snow cone, she could come here and get it,” she said.

That's when the older, teenage manager—who had been listening to the tense interaction while performing odd tasks in the background—gently pulls the girl aside, reaches for the register, and hands her the $6.

The girl then closes the window, which knocks down a panel.

It is unclear whether the client saw this as some kind of invitation to further conflict, but a few seconds later the girl sees the woman return.

“Oh no,” she said.

When the teenager opens the window again to put the sign back in place, the customer, rich with her six dollars, decides to take it down.

“Bitch,” the woman calls her.

But she doesn't take the unwarranted insult lightly, retaliating immediately and appearing far more mature than the woman several years her senior.

The customer is heard shouting something in response, but the teenager intervenes.
