Deadly MW3 LMG Replaces Warzone's DG-28 Meta As Fastest TTK Weapon

A Modern Warfare 3 LMG has now replaced the meta DG-58 LSW as the fastest weapon in Warzone following the Season 4 update.

Every time a new season arrives for Warzone, the battle royale meta quickly undergoes some changes. If a major weapon from a previous season is totally broken, it will be brought back to earth and something else will take its place.

The DG-58 LSW wasn't as absurdly broken as some other weapons in Warzone history, but it was definitely up there. Modern Warfare 3's LMG had been the favored option throughout Season 3, but it was heavily nerfed during Season 4 with changes to bullet speed and headshot multiplier.

These changes naturally impacted the DG's TTK, and it became the deadliest weapon in Warzone. Don't worry, because WhosImmortal has offered another LMG to replace it: the Holger 26.

“Now the Holger is the most optimal choice. Not only does it have better damage range, especially when you install full attachments to extend that range,” the Warzone guru said in his June 3 video.

To be specific, the Holger has a TTK of 765ms in 30-yard fights, while the DG-58 LSW lacks lag at 850ms.

WhosImmortal noted that the difference between the two TTKs is barely noticeable at longer ranges, but the Holger is still a hair faster than its rival.

The YouTuber also added that the LMG can be built in two different ways, with or without the Ascent Lord Stock, but this attachment makes it a “laser” in long-range fights.

It remains to be seen if the Holger will rise to the top of the meta charts and knock out the Striker 9, Bruen, and MCW.
