Dartmouth police investigate stabbing in mall parking lot

NORTH DARTMOUTH (WBSM) — Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred earlier today in the Dartmouth Mall parking lot.

Police say officers responded today around 2:50 p.m. to a report of a possible stabbing in the parking lot outside Five Below at the mall.

Officers arrived to find a victim suffering from what appeared to be non-life-threatening stab wounds.

Police said the victim was transported to a local hospital and a suspect was taken into custody, and both were juveniles.

Police said the scene and investigation remains active at this time.
