Criminal arrest with threatening weapon on East Side Drive: Concord cop's diary

CONCORD, NH — Yadiel Ortega Montero, born 2001, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, was issued a summons at 9:32 a.m. on May 30, 2023, on a Merrimack County arrest warrant. The arrest warrant was issued for Ortega on April 26 for violating bail conditions after he was arrested on charges of second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Police said the warrant ordered Ortega held without bail or bond pending a hearing at an unspecified later date. Sarah Mae Coulter, born 1991, of Strafford, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. on May 19, 2024 for felony exploitation after being certified as a repeat offender and driving after revocation or suspension – subsequent charges after incident or investigation on Bog Road .

Dylan J. Bill, 26, of Concord, was issued a summons at 2 p.m. May 18 for a violation of public urination or defecation after an incident or investigation in the Durgin Block garage at 17 School St.

Nathaniel Scott Doyle, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 4:04 p.m. on May 16 for stalking and domestic violence. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Cindy A. Ingram, born 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on May 14 for simple assault and domestic violence – simple assault after an incident or investigation on Partridge Road.

Leigh A. Lacasse, 46, of Claremont, was served with an arrest warrant at 9:42 p.m. on May 13 following an incident/investigation on South Street.

Heather E. Rowe, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. May 12 for simple assault and domestic violence – simple assault after an incident or investigation at Regency Hill Estates at 12 E. Side Drive .

Jacob Kendall Johnston, born 1991, of Concord, was issued a summons at 5:06 a.m. May 11 for a charge of operating with expired license following an incident or investigation on River Road.

Alisa M. Lowden, 31, of Concord, was issued a summons at 5:34 p.m. May 6 for driving after an accident charge and improper violation of support after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.

Lowell M. Brookbank, born 1961, of Henniker, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. May 5 for criminal possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation at the Quick Stop at 201 S. Main St.

Esther Ntumba Mbombo, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on May 3 for felony murder, threatening a deadly weapon and criminal mischief. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

Troy Maine, born in 2000, of Concord was arrested at 10:10 a.m. May 1 for driving after an accident charge and for an unsafe lane violation after an incident or investigation on South State Street.

Alex R. Crowder, 35, of Concord, was issued a summons at 10:25 p.m. April 28 on an arrest warrant after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.

Jonathan Taylor Gagne, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, was served with an arrest warrant at 8:05 a.m. April 28 after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 South Commercial St .
