Coopersville teenager missing for more than a month found safe

UPDATE (June 7, 2024): Authorities said they found 15-year-old Zyleha Noel safe. Noel was located in the Grand Rapids area by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a 15-year-old girl missing from Coopersville since May 1.

Zyleha Noel, 15, was last seen leaving her home in Coopersville on Wednesday, May 1. Her family has not seen or heard from her since. She is described as 5'2″, approximately 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

The sheriff's department said the family did not believe she was in danger, but wanted to reestablish contact with her and bring her home.
