Christian family attacked in Sargodha for alleged blasphemy

Sargodha: (By Dr. Adil Ghouri) Brothers Lazar Masih and Sultan Masih are residents of Mujahid Colony, Sargodha, who own their own shoe factory in the same area. On May 25, religious extremists accused him of desecrating the Holy Quran by burning it. No complaints have yet been registered against those who killed Lazar Masih. Sargodha is one of the regions of Pakistan where extreme fanaticism prevails. The offices of many jihadist organizations operate in this neighborhood. Before the Jariwala tragedy, five cases of blasphemy were recorded against Christians in the same town in two years.
