Court documents offer new details about a weekend shooting that left a child injured in Lancaster County. It is not clear who pulled the trigger. Police said the gun, a .40-caliber Glock, was reported stolen in March in Reading. Whitlock is charged with offenses including receiving stolen property and endangering the welfare of a child. In a statement, Columbia Borough Police Chief Jack Brommer said, “This is a devastating incident for the victim, the family and the community.
