California Teen Arrested After Violent Swarm Hits, Kicks Deputy's Car (Video)

A teenager was taken into custody after a crowd of youths swarmed a deputy's patrol car earlier this month, kicking and punching the vehicle before the deputy could leave. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said the arrested teen opened the driver's door and tried to pass the car.
