CHICAGO — A 25-year-old California man is accused of stabbing a 71-year-old woman Wednesday afternoon while she was walking her dog in downtown Chicago, city police said Thursday.


Wilson Barreno faces charges of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery causing serious injury to a person over 60 and use of a deadly weapon following the The stabbing incident outside Union Station on June 5.
